Our Story
Cannibal started the way most things do: out of hunger.
The kind that doesn’t go away just because you’re doing “well enough.”
Female-founded. Latina-owned. Built from first-generation-American ambition, creative stamina, and the kind of working-mom determination that learns to make time where none exists.
After a decade and a half in advertising, Cannibal’s founder was doing the work she was supposed to want. Writing headlines that sold. Shaping ideas that made money. Checking all the right boxes.
And still, the best work kept happening after hours.
Side projects. Small businesses. Resumes. Wedding stories. Pitch decks. Writing that felt alive again.
Cannibal began quietly, the way most meaningful things do. Scrappy. Personal. Hungry.
What started as helping people tell better stories became something else entirely: a place for creatives, brands, and ideas that didn’t fit neatly into job titles or templates.
The work grew. The asks got bigger. The pattern became clear.
There were a lot of people out there starving for thoughtful, high-touch creative craft. And not enough places willing to meet them where they were.
Today, Cannibal is a boutique creative studio built on appetite and intention.
We work across writing, content, events, career direction, and creative problem-solving; always with care, and always with edge.
This isn’t fast-food creativity.
It’s made by hand.
And it’s meant to be savored.
If this feels familiar, you’re in the right place.
